Cases

Two part panels forming a five sided case. Size dependant on the height, 125mm, 137mm, 150mm, 165mm, 180mm, 205mm, 230mm. The angled soffit panel is removable for servicing. Produced from rolled aluminium strip with powder coated finish. The endplates are pressure cast and finished as the channels, colours White or Brown.

Channels

Stainless steel, available in natural steel or painted twice with a two pack system, vinyl- copolymer, with a non yellowing hardener. Colours are White or Brown (mill finish also available). The internal faces are fitted with anti-rattle neoprene linings.

Curtains

The laths/slats are manufactured from flat VA strip. Each slat is precision rolled into a hollow interlocking section and filled with hardened resin.

Slots at the top of each lath can be exposed to provide ventilation when required. Each alternate lath is fitted at either end with a PVC end lock to prevent lateral movement.

The bottom is finished with a stainless steel rail, powder coated as the channels in colours Grey, White and Brown (mill finished also available). Tape and geared shutters fitted with auto locks located in the bottom rail, activated when the shutter is lowered and retracted when raised, key not required.
